The Instant Sim Funded Program is for traders who want to skip the evaluation and start trading immediately on a funded simulation account. You choose your account size and begin trading right away under real market conditions, with built-in risk parameters that promote long-term consistency.
Which rules apply to your account? Purchased before July 27, 2026: the original Instant Sim Funded parameters. Purchased on or after July 27, 2026: the updated Instant Sim Funded 2.0 rules. Both are shown side by side below.

Same for every account size
No evaluation. You get immediate access to a sim-funded account.
20% consistency rule for payouts: no single day may exceed 20% of your total profit.
No contract scaling. You can use the full contract limit for your account size from day one.
Drawdown lock at starting balance + $100 once your profit reaches the drawdown amount + $100.
For the consistency rule, a trading day ends at 5:00 pm EST.
Max trailing drawdown
It trails your highest closed balance but never moves down.
The breach level is checked in real time. If your equity goes at or below it at any moment, the account is breached. A breached account is closed.
See Trailing Drawdown: How It Works for the full explanation.
Drawdown lock
Once your profits reach the drawdown amount plus $100, your trailing drawdown locks at $100 above your starting balance and no longer follows account growth. This gives more stability and reduces the risk of losing access to the account as you scale. The lock also activates after your first payout.
Examples: on a $50K account the lock occurs at $52,100 and the drawdown locks at $50,100. On a $100K 2.0 account the lock occurs at $104,100 and locks at $100,100.
Daily Loss Limit (DLL)
The Daily Loss Limit is set between 2.0% and 2.5% of your initial account balance for legacy accounts (see the table above for the exact amounts per generation). Exceeding this limit results in a soft breach.
Consistency rule (20%)
To be eligible for a payout, your consistency score must be 20% or lower: no single day’s profit may exceed 20% of your total profits. After a payout, the score resets and the rule applies to new profits going forward.
Example: if your total profit is $10,000, no single trading day should exceed $2,000 in profit. For the calculation, a trading day ends at 5:00 pm EST. Full details in the Consistency Rule article.
No contract scaling requirements
There are no scaling rules in the Instant Sim Funded Program. You are allowed to use the full contract limit for your account size from day one, so choose an account size that fits your trading style and strategy.
Maximum payout per request
The maximum amount you can withdraw in a single payout depends on your account size and generation (see the table above). More details in Maximum Payout Until Live Explained and Payout Requirements.
