BlackArrow desktop is available for Windows, Mac, and Linux, and you can download the appropriate version for your system from the BlackArrow Download Page.
1. Open BlackArrow: Platform Launch
Locate and open the BlackArrow application on your computer after the installation is complete.
Verification: The BlackArrow login window or screen will appear on your display.
2. Enter Your Login Information: Credentials
Check your email inbox for the 6-digit verification code sent by BlackArrow, enter the numbers into the corresponding fields on the screen, and click Verify to complete your login.
3. Access Your Account: Dashboard Access
Click the login button to finalize your session and load your trading platform & workspace
4. Alternative ways to use BlackArrow: Web version
The web version works the exact same way as logging in on the desktop application. Simply navigate to the BlackArrow Web Platform, log in using your BlackArrow credentials, and enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email.
Note on Web Version: The standard workspace will not load automatically, so you will need to manually add components to your workspace (e.g., charts, performance profile, order entry).
