When purchasing an account with Top One Futures, you can select your preferred trading platform, such as Tradovate / NinjaTrader or BlackArrow. Please review our platform selection policy carefully before completing your purchase, because the choice is permanent for that account.
Permanent platform selection policy
Once an account is generated on a specific platform, platform switches are strictly not permitted. The platform chosen during checkout remains permanently assigned to that specific account for its entire lifecycle.
Key policy guidelines
Situation | Can I switch platform? |
Active, paused, or inactive account | No. You cannot transfer an account from one platform to another mid-evaluation |
Passed evaluation / funded account | No. Your new funded account is automatically issued on the exact same platform used during the evaluation |
Account reset | No. A reset restores your account balance and rules, but the reset account remains on its original platform |
How to trade on a different platform
If you would like to trade using a different platform (for example, moving from Tradovate/NinjaTrader to BlackArrow, or vice versa), you must select your desired platform when purchasing a new account at checkout.
Important reminder: please double-check your platform choice before completing your order, as account setups are automated and platform selections cannot be modified once generated.
