Thank you for your purchase with us! In this guide, we will help you get started with setting up and logging in to the BlackArrow platform.
Important Difference: Unlike Tradovate, where your credentials are provided directly inside your Top One Futures dashboard, BlackArrow manages account credentials directly. You will receive your login details via email directly from BlackArrow.
Step 1: Check Your Inbox for BlackArrow Credentials
Open the email inbox associated with your Top One Futures account.
Look for a welcome email with the subject line: "Welcome to BlackArrow!"
Open the email to locate your account setup details.
💡 Existing BlackArrow Users: If you have previously created a BlackArrow account using this email address, you will not receive a new password. Simply log in using your existing BlackArrow password.
Step 2: Set or Reset Your Password
Inside the Welcome to BlackArrow! email, click the large SET / RESET PASSWORD button.
Once clicked, you will see a confirmation screen stating "Instructions sent to your email."
Check your inbox (or spam folder) for a follow-up email titled "Reset your password" sent from
[email protected].
Follow the link inside to set your new password. Once completed, you will see a confirmation message: "Password reset successfully."
Step 3: Next Steps & Platform Resources
Once your password is set, your account is ready to go!

Top One Futures does not generate or manage your BlackArrow credentials. When you use the same email address across different prop firms or brokers, BlackArrow groups all your accounts under that single login. This allows you to manage everything in one place, but it also means your account profile and password resets are managed directly through BlackArrow, not Top One Futures.
