Going forward, you must have a verified Rise account linked to your Top One Futures profile in order to request a payout. If you do not have a verified Rise account linked, you will not be able to submit a payout request. This article explains how to set it up.
What is Rise?
Rise (RiseWorks) is the payout provider we use to send your earnings securely. To receive payouts, your Rise account must be created, verified, and linked to your Top One Futures dashboard.
1. Create and verify your Rise account
If you do not already have a Rise account:
Step | What to do |
Sign up | Go to pay.riseworks.io/sign-up |
Verify | Register and complete the full verification process |
Confirm | Make sure your account shows as verified before moving on. Payouts cannot be processed through an unverified Rise account |
Already have a verified Rise account? You can skip this step and go straight to linking it below.
2. Link your Rise account on your dashboard
Once your Rise account is verified, add it to your Top One Futures profile:

1. Open Settings | Log in to your dashboard and click Settings in the left hand menu |
2. Payment tab | Open the Payment tab at the top |
3. Add Method | Click Add Method |

4. Select RiseWorks | In the Add Payout Method window, select RiseWorks |
5. Enter your details | Enter a Label (for example "My Rise Account") and the Email associated with your verified Rise account |
6. Save | Click Add Method |
Once saved, your Rise account will appear under Payout Methods, and you will be ready to request payouts.
Important
The email you enter must match the email on your verified Rise account.
Double-check your details before saving. Incorrect information may result in failed or delayed payouts.
Without a verified Rise account linked, payout requests cannot be submitted.
