Elite Daily – Contract Scaling Plan

The Contract Scaling Plan applies only to funded Elite Daily accounts.

There are no scaling restrictions during the evaluation phase.

Once funded, your maximum contract size increases as your account equity grows.

Your allowed contract size updates based on your closing balance at the end of each trading day.

Key Principles

  • Scaling applies only to funded accounts

  • No scaling requirements during evaluation

  • Contract limits update daily based on end of day balance

  • Scaling is based on simulated profits

  • Traders must remain within the allowed contract size at all times

How Scaling Is Calculated

Scaling tiers are determined by:

• Your funded account closing balance
• Your total simulated profit
• Your end of day equity

Contract increases apply the following trading day after your closing balance qualifies.

Intraday profits do not unlock higher scaling tiers until the day closes.

Trader Responsibility

It is the trader’s personal responsibility to monitor and follow the clearly outlined contract scaling rules on funded accounts.

Exceeding your allowed contract limit is considered a rule violation.

If the contract scaling rules are not followed:

  • Trades may be rejected or reduced

  • The account may be flagged for review

  • Profits generated while exceeding contract limits may be removed

  • Payout requests may be deemed ineligible

Compliance with scaling rules is mandatory for payout eligibility.

Important Clarifications

  • Scaling applies per individual account

  • Contract limits do not combine across multiple accounts

  • Simulated profit determines scaling tier

  • Contract limits are based on end of day balance

  • Scaling does not override DLL or MLL rules
