Key Rule Highlights
One Phase Evaluation
Only one phase is required to pass.
End of Day Drawdown
Drawdown is calculated at the end of the trading day, not intraday. This protects traders from intraday fluctuations.
Daily Loss Limit
A Daily Loss Limit applies during both the evaluation and funded phases.

Daily Payouts
Funded traders may request payouts daily, starting from Day 1.
Consistency Rule (40%) (Challenge Only)
No single trading day may account for more than 40% of total profits during the evaluation phase.
Daily Progression Rule
For each payout request, at least 50% of the payout amount must come from profits generated since your last payout.
Example
If requesting $1,000, at least $500 must be new profit generated since the previous withdrawal.
News Rule (Funded Only)
No trades may be executed or closed:
2 minutes before
2 minutes after
major high-impact news events.
No Activation Fee
Unlike other plans, Elite Daily has no activation fee.
Purchase Guidelines
To support disciplined trading and maintain fair participation across the platform, the following limits apply:
Traders may purchase up to 10 evaluation accounts within any rolling 30-day period starting from the initial purchase date
Each evaluation account may be reset a maximum of 12 times within a 30-day window
A trader may maintain no more than 5 active funded accounts at any given time
