* Elite Daily Funded Scaling Plan

The Elite Daily Contract Scaling Plan only activates once you transition to a funded account.

  • Evaluation Phase: You are permitted to use the full contract limit shown in the table above from day one.

  • Funded Phase: Once funded, your maximum contract limit will scale dynamically based on your account's closing balance at the end of each trading day.

For the full detailed breakdown of scaling tiers for each account size, you can view the complete article here.

What Does "Max Contracts" Mean?

The "max contracts" rule ensures you trade within safe limits for your account. Minis are standard futures contracts, while micros are one-tenth the size of minis.

For example, if you have a $50,000 account, you can trade up to 4 minis, 40 micros, or a combination (e.g., 2 minis and 20 micros).

Staying within these limits helps manage risk and keep your account compliant. It is the trader’s personal responsibility to monitor and follow the clearly outlined contract scaling rules.

Exceeding your allowed contract limit is considered a rule violation.

If the contract scaling rules are not followed:

  • Trades may be rejected or reduced

  • The account may be flagged for review

  • Profits generated while exceeding contract limits may be removed

  • Payout requests may be deemed ineligible

Compliance with scaling rules is mandatory for payout eligibility.

⚠️ Special Note on Micro Bitcoin Futures (MBT):

Due to the significantly higher volatility and leverage associated with cryptocurrency futures, we have implemented separate max contract limits specifically for Micro Bitcoin Futures (MBT):

  • $25,000 account – Max 1 Micro Bitcoin contract

  • $50,000 account – Max 3/4 Micro Bitcoin contracts, depending on Account type

  • $100,000 account – Max 5/8 Micro Bitcoin contracts, depending on Account type

  • $150,000 account – Max 7/12 Micro Bitcoin contracts, depending on account type

These limits are in place to better protect traders from the rapid price swings and amplified risk that come with trading crypto derivatives.
