Elite ACCESS Intraday – Contract Scaling Plan
The Contract Scaling Plan applies only to funded Elite ACCESS Intraday accounts. There are no scaling restrictions during the evaluation phase, where you are permitted to trade up to your full contract limit from day one.
How Scaling Works
Once your account is funded, your maximum contract size increases as your simulated account balance grows.
Evaluation Phase: You can trade your full contract limit immediately, no scaling rules apply.
Funded Phase: Your contract limit scales based on your account equity/profit milestones.
Calculation: Allowed contract size updates based on your end-of-day (EOD) closing balance and takes effect the following trading day. Intraday equity spikes during active trading do not unlock higher scaling tiers mid-session.

How Scaling is Calculated
Your scaling level is determined by:
Your funded account closing balance
Your total simulated profit
Your end-of-day balance
Contract increases are applied the following trading day once your closing balance qualifies.
Important to Know:
Intraday profits do not unlock higher scaling tiers
Only end-of-day results are used
Key Rules & Guidelines
Contract Micro-to-Mini Ratio: 1 Mini contract is equal to 10 Micro contracts. You can trade a mix of Minis and Micros as long as the combined total stays within your tier limit.
Daily Update: Allowed contract increases take effect the next trading day after your end-of-day closing balance qualifies for a higher tier.
Exceeding Your Contract Limit
It is your responsibility to monitor and follow the contract scaling rules at all times.
Exceeding your allowed contract size is considered a rule violation.
If scaling rules are not followed:
Trades may be rejected or reduced
The account may be flagged for review
Profits from violating trades may be removed
Payout requests may be denied
Compliance with scaling rules is required for payout eligibility.
