Overview & Navigation
To locate the Trade Copier, select the Main Menu icon in the top-left corner of the platform, navigate to Trading, and select Trade Copier. You can also find it directly using the menu search bar.
Key Features & Setup Guide
1. Copier Strategies
The Trade Copier allows you to create and manage multiple strategies within a single component. Each configured strategy can be customized with:
A unique futures instrument/symbol
A dedicated Leader Account
A designated group of Follower Accounts
Individual Ratio and Cross settings
Rule: Duplicate symbols and leader account combinations are not permitted across strategies. If a specific leader account and symbol pair is active in one strategy, it cannot be reused in another.
When creating a new strategy, select the desired symbol and click the Set Strategy button to save and activate it across browser tabs.
2. Account Checkboxes
To start copying trades, check the box next to each target follower account:
Selected accounts will receive all copied trades from the designated Leader Account.
Follower accounts must be different from the Leader Account.
Click Set Strategy whenever active to save your account selections.
3. Ratio Settings
The Ratio setting acts as a contract multiplier for orders entered via the DOM or Order Panel:
Adjust the multiplier using the + / - buttons or type the value directly into the field.
Click Set Strategy to apply ratio changes.
4. Cross-Market Copying (Cross)
When Cross is enabled, trades execute in the opposing market contract type (e.g., Mini to Micro):
Example: A trade placed on ESH6 (E-mini) will automatically execute as MESH6 (Micro E-mini) on follower accounts where Cross is enabled.
Use the active symbol buttons in this column to toggle between primary and opposing market symbols.
5. Instrument / Symbol Search
Enter the symbol you wish to trade.
A valid instrument is required before trades can be copied.
Non-tradable or invalid symbols will trigger an error message. Ensure your selected symbol is supported by your Prop Firm.
6. Strategy Toggles & Sync Settings
Strategy Enable/Disable
Enabled: Trades are actively copied for the strategy.
Disabled: Pauses copying for that specific strategy without deleting your configuration.
Sync Settings
Configure how follower accounts mirror the leader account in the Sync Settings menu (by Time or Ticks):
Time Sync: Follower accounts must fill within a set time window (defined in the Sync Interval field, default is 3 seconds).
Desync Protection: If a follower fails to fill within the allotted window or fills outside the acceptable price/bracket range, it is flagged as Desynced and automatically flattened out of the copied position.
IMPORTANT: Desyncing occurs when a follower account loses alignment with the leader (e.g., bracket mismatch, setup variance, or execution delay beyond the sync threshold).
7. Template Manager
Save valid Trade Copier configurations as Templates to quickly switch between different setups or instruments.
Applied templates display text reading [Template Name] Applied above the button.
Manage, rename, edit, or delete saved templates directly inside the Template Manager.
8. Symbol Linking Behavior
When the Trade Copier is linked to an active chart:
Changing the chart symbol will not alter the Trade Copier symbol.
Changing the Trade Copier symbol (or switching strategies) will automatically update the linked chart.
This logic prevents accidental modification of active copying strategies during chart analysis.
9. Flattening Positions
Strategy Flatten: Click Flatten All within a specific strategy component to exit all positions for that instrument.
Individual Account Flatten: Click Flatten next to a specific account row to close only that account's position.
Leader Account Flatten: Flattening the Leader Account automatically flattens all connected Follower Accounts.
Global Emergency Flatten: The Flatten All button at the bottom of the Trade Copier component flattens open positions and cancels all working orders across all Leader and Follower accounts simultaneously.
10. Set Strategy (Critical Final Step)
The Set Strategy button confirms and commits strategy-level changes:
Must be clicked when creating new strategies, updating account selections, or altering ratios/symbols.
When action is required, the Set Strategy button highlights in blue.
Changes will not persist or synchronize across sessions/tabs until Set Strategy is pressed.
Additional Controls
Disable Copy Trading Button: Located at the bottom of the component; instantly turns off all trade copying for the current session.
