How Do Subscriptions Work on Top One Futures?

In our evaluation program, we operate on a monthly subscription model that renews automatically each month. Below, we explain how it works

Monthly Renewal (Not Every 30 Days)

The subscription renews on the same date each month, not after 30 days. For example:

  • If you purchased your evaluation on March 21st, it will renew on April 21st, then May 21st, and so on.

You can always check your next renewal date in the Billing section of your account, where you'll also see which specific evaluation each subscription is assigned to.

Important: Managing Your Subscription

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions do not cancel automatically. You are responsible for managing your billing.

Elite Challenge Accounts

For these accounts, the subscription remains active regardless of whether you pass or fail.

  • If you Pass: You must pay the Activation Fee to move to a funded account. Only after this fee is paid will your evaluation subscription stop.

  • If you Fail: You must manually cancel the subscription in your dashboard to stop future recurring charges.

Elite Daily Accounts

These accounts feature a streamlined process for passing, but still require manual action if you fail.

  • If you Pass: There is no activation fee on the Elite Daily Accounts. Your subscription will automatically end once you have passed the evaluation.

  • If you Fail: You must manually cancel the subscription yourself to avoid being charged again.

How to Cancel the Subscription

If you wish to stop recurring payments, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Members Area on our platform.

  2. Go to the "Billing" section.

  3. Select "Subscriptions" – here you'll see all active subscriptions along with their renewal dates and associated evaluations.

  4. Cancel any subscriptions you no longer need.

Important: Failed Payments

  • If a payment fails, the subscription will be canceled automatically, and the account will be closed.

  • If you need to make a manual payment (due to card issues or other reasons), contact us immediately through:

    • Support Chat

    • Customer Support Email

This way, we can assist you in processing the payment manually and prevent your account from being closed.

Our subscription system is designed to give you continuous access to evaluations, but it is your responsibility to cancel if you no longer wish to continue. Always check your Billing section to track renewal dates and verify which evaluation each subscription covers.
