Elite ACCESS Intraday – Daily Progression Rule (50%)
The Daily Progression Rule ensures that payouts are based on consistent, ongoing performance rather than profits generated strictly from a single earlier trading period.
This rule applies only to funded accounts and is checked at the moment of each payout request.
How the Rule Works
For every payout request after your initial withdrawal:
At least 50% of the requested payout amount must come from profits generated since your last payout.
First Payout vs. Subsequent Payouts
First Payout
The 50% progression rule does not apply to your first payout.
You may withdraw any valid profits once all standard payout requirements (buffer + $500 threshold, 5 profitable days, and 40% consistency rule) are met.
Subsequent Payouts (Second Payout Onward)
A minimum of 50% of the requested amount must come from new profits.
Only profits generated after your last approved payout are considered "new" profits.
Example Scenario
First Payout: You receive a $2,000 payout.
Account Balance Progress: After the payout, your account continues trading, and you decide to request a second $2,000 payout.
Requirement:
At least $1,000 (50%) of the new payout request must be from profits generated after your first payout was processed.
The remaining $1,000 can come from existing profits sitting above your buffer threshold.
Important Notes
Funded Phase Only: Applies strictly to funded Elite ACCESS Intraday accounts.
Risk Parameters: While working toward your next payout, your account remains subject to the Intraday Trailing Drawdown and Daily Loss Limit (DLL) rules.
Payout Counter Reset: With each processed payout, the count for new profits, consistency rule and the 5-day profitable trading counter reset for the next cycle.
Summary

Subsequent Payouts: At least 50% of the requested withdrawal amount must be derived from new profits made after your previous payout.
Purpose: Encourages continuous performance and sustainable account growth.
