The Daily Progression Rule ensures that payouts are based on consistent, ongoing performance, rather than profits generated in a single period. It applies only to funded accounts and is checked at the moment of each payout request.
How the rule works
For every payout request, at least 50% of the requested payout amount must come from profits generated since your last payout.
Payout | Rule |
First payout | The rule does not apply. You may withdraw any eligible profits once all payout requirements are met. |
Second payout onward | A minimum of 50% must come from new profits. Only profits made after your last payout count as new. |
Example
First payout: $2,000. After the payout, the account continues trading.
Next payout request: $2,000.
Requirement: at least $1,000 (50%) must come from new profits. The remaining $1,000 can come from the existing balance above the buffer.
This rule is checked for each payout request on the funded account. It prevents reliance on a single trading day.
