Getting Started: Your First WealthCharts Account with Top One Futures

Thank you for your purchase with us! In this guide, we will help you get started with setting up and logging in to the WealthCharts platform.

Important difference: unlike Tradovate, where your credentials are provided directly inside your Top One Futures dashboard, WealthCharts manages account credentials directly. You will receive your temporary password via email directly from WealthCharts. After logging in for the first time, you will set up your own new password.

Step 1: Check Your Inbox for WealthCharts Credentials

  1. Open the email inbox associated with your Top One Futures account.

  2. Look for an email from [email protected] with the subject line: "WealthCharts: Activate your Top One Futures Account Here"

  3. Open the email to find your WealthCharts email address and temporary password.

Step 2: Log In for the First Time

  1. Go to https://app.wealthcharts.com/login.

  2. Enter the email address and temporary password from your welcome email.

  3. You will be asked to set a new password. Choose a new one, not the temporary password you were sent.

  4. Set your screen name / username.

  5. Read and fill out the trading disclaimer. Just follow the steps on screen.

Step 3: Take the Platform Tour

Once everything is finished, you will be greeted with a tour guide. We highly recommend going through it to understand the basic features of the platform.

Step 4: Connect Your Top One Futures Account

  1. After the tour, a pop-up labeled "Link Broker / Data Source" will appear.

  2. Under the WealthCharts Prop tab, find and select Top One Futures.

  3. In the dropdown on the right, select an account and click Login.
    ​

Good to know: selecting an account here does not mean you can only trade that account. It connects you to all your Top One Futures accounts, and you can switch between them inside the platform.

That's it, you have now successfully connected your Top One Futures account to WealthCharts!

Important Note on Profile Management

Top One Futures does not generate or manage your WealthCharts credentials. Your account profile and password resets are managed directly through WealthCharts, not Top One Futures.

If you experience a platform outage or technical issue while using WealthCharts, we require clear video proof (such as a screen recording) in order to properly investigate the situation. Without visual evidence, we are unable to escalate or verify the issue with the platform provider. This documentation is essential for our support team to take any further action.

Please make it a habit to record or screenshot any unexpected behavior in real-time if you suspect a malfunction.
