Elite ACCESS – Funded Consistency Rule (40%)

Updated today

Elite ACCESS – Consistency Rule (40%)

The Consistency Rule ensures that trading performance is stable and not reliant on a single large trading day.

This rule applies only to funded accounts.

How the 40% Rule Works

Your largest single trading day must not exceed 40% of your total profits.

Formula

Consistency % = (Largest Winning Day ÷ Total Profit) × 100

  • This value must be 40% or less

Example (Valid)

  • Total Profit: $5,000

  • Largest Winning Day: $2,000

Consistency = 40% → Valid

Example (Violation)

  • Total Profit: $4,000

  • Largest Winning Day: $2,200

Consistency = 55% → Not valid

When This Rule Applies

The consistency rule is checked:

  • When submitting a payout request

  • Based on your current total profit at that moment

How to get below the 40% mark

If your account exceeds the 40% limit:

  • Continue trading to increase total profit

  • Reduce the percentage impact of your largest winning day

Example

  • Largest day: $2,000

  • To be compliant (≤40%), total profit must be at least:
    $5,000

Important Notes

  • Applies only to funded accounts

  • Applies only to profitable days

  • Based on closed trades only

  • Recalculated continuously as your profit changes
