Why is my account paused?

šŸ“„ 1. Contract Not Signed (Funded Accounts Only)

If you have a funded account and haven’t completed your onboarding, your account may be paused until the following steps are completed:

  • Go to the ā€œIdentity Verificationā€ tab on your dashboard and complete the KYC process.

  • Once KYC is approved, go to the ā€œContractsā€ tab and sign the required contract(s).

Your account will be reactivated shortly after completing these steps.


šŸ“‰ 2. Daily Loss Limit Reached

If you’ve hit the daily loss limit, your account will be automatically paused as a risk control measure.

ā³ When will it be reactivated?
It will remain paused until the next trading session.


šŸ’ø 3. Payout Requested

When you submit a payout request, your account will be paused temporarily until the payout is approved.

ā³ When will it be reactivated?
It will resume trading at the start of the next trading session after the payout is approved.
