If you have a funded account and havenât completed your onboarding, your account may be paused until the following steps are completed:
Go to the âIdentity Verificationâ tab on your dashboard and complete the KYC process.
Once KYC is approved, go to the âContractsâ tab and sign the required contract(s).- If you face issues with verification, you can scontact our support team for a manual KYC request.
Your account will be reactivated shortly after completing these steps.If reactivation is delayed, refresh your trading platform to ensure changes are reflected properly.
đ 2. Daily Loss Limit Reached
If youâve hit the daily loss limit, your account will be automatically paused as a risk control measure.

It will remain paused until the next trading session.
đ¸ 3. Payout Requested
When you submit a payout request, your account will be paused temporarily until the payout is approved.
âł When will it be reactivated?
It will resume trading at the start of the next trading session after the payout is approved.
