If you have a funded account and havenāt completed your onboarding, your account may be paused until the following steps are completed:
Go to the āIdentity Verificationā tab on your dashboard and complete the KYC process.
Once KYC is approved, go to the āContractsā tab and sign the required contract(s).- If you face issues with verification, you can scontact our support team for a manual KYC request.
Your account will be reactivated shortly after completing these steps.If reactivation is delayed, refresh your trading platform to ensure changes are reflected properly.
š 2. Daily Loss Limit Reached
If youāve hit the daily loss limit, your account will be automatically paused as a risk control measure.
ā³ When will it be reactivated?
It will remain paused until the next trading session.
šø 3. Payout Requested
When you submit a payout request, your account will be paused temporarily until the payout is approved.
ā³ When will it be reactivated?
It will resume trading at the start of the next trading session after the payout is approved.
