To maintain a fair, secure, and compliant trading environment for all of our traders, we enforce strict rules regarding account registration and ownership. Please review these policies carefully before creating your profile.
The Single Account Policy
We operate under a strict one account per user policy. Every trader is permitted to have only one registered profile within our system.
All of your activities, including purchasing evaluations, taking challenges, and managing funded accounts, must be conducted through this single, original profile.
Strictly Prohibited Actions
To ensure the integrity of our platform, several actions are strictly forbidden. You may not register for more than one user profile under any circumstances. Creating new accounts using different email addresses to bypass rules, restart a challenge, or mask your identity is prohibited.
You must also register using your own legal identity. You cannot create an account using the name of a friend, family member, or fictitious person. Furthermore, you must be the sole individual executing trades on your account. Sharing your login credentials or allowing a third party to trade on your behalf is not allowed.
Identity Verification (KYC)
To enforce these policies, all traders must pass a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before receiving any payouts. Your registered profile name must exactly match your government issued ID. If we discover that your profile details do not match your legal identity, your account will fail the verification process.
Consequences of Policy Violations
We actively monitor our platform for duplicate accounts and proxy trading. If our system or risk management team detects a violation of our registration rules, strict actions will be taken.
All profiles and trading accounts associated with the user will be instantly breached and deactivated. Additionally, any accumulated profits or pending payouts across all connected accounts will be voided and forfeited. The user will then be permanently banned from using our services in the future.
If you have lost access to your original email address or need to update your personal information, please do not create a new account. Instead, contact our support team directly for assistance in updating your existing profile.
