The Elite ACCESS Static account is a fast-track evaluation with simple rules: a one-time entry fee of $39, a static drawdown during the evaluation, no daily loss limit during the evaluation and consistent payout opportunities once funded. You have 30 days to qualify for a funded account.
What makes this account different: your evaluation drawdown does not trail. Your breach level is set when the account starts and stays at that level for the whole evaluation, however much profit you make. Once you are funded, the account switches to the standard EOD trailing drawdown.
Account sizes
Elite ACCESS Static is available in $25,000, $50,000, $100,000 and $150,000.

Why traders pick Elite ACCESS Static: a low entry cost, a fast evaluation (1-day minimum), a drawdown that does not trail while you qualify, and no daily loss limit during the evaluation.
Evaluation phase
To pass the evaluation, reach the 6% profit target within 30 days while respecting the static drawdown. No daily loss limit applies, and you can pass in 1 day.
Your breach level is set the moment you start: starting balance minus your max drawdown (e.g. $50,000 − $2,000 = $48,000).
It does not trail upward as your account reaches new highs, and it does not move down when your balance decreases. It stays where it started for the whole evaluation.
The breach level is checked in real time. If your equity goes at or below it at any moment, the account is breached.
No consistency rule applies during the evaluation.
For the full detail, see the evaluation phase article.
What changes once you are funded
The drawdown switches from static to the EOD trailing drawdown, which trails up on your closing balance and locks at starting balance + $100.
A Daily Loss Limit applies, as a soft breach that pauses the account for the rest of the day.
The 40% consistency rule applies to payouts.
For the full detail, see the funded phase article.
Payouts
Elite ACCESS Static funded accounts offer flexible payout conditions. To request a payout, you need:
Minimum 5 profitable days.
A day counts as profitable when it reaches the minimum daily profit: $200 ($25K), $250 ($50K), $300 ($100K) or $350 ($150K).
A minimum payout request of $500.
A balance above the payout buffer + $500.
The profit split is 90% to the trader. Each account size has a payout cap per request:
Account size | Payout buffer | Max payout per request |
$25,000 | $1,500 | $1,000 |
$50,000 | $2,000 | $1,500 |
$100,000 | $3,000 | $2,000 |
$150,000 | $4,500 | $2,500 |
Before withdrawing profits, your account must first build the safety buffer. You can only withdraw profits above the buffer + $500 threshold.
Daily progression rule
For each payout, at least 50% of the profits must be generated after your previous payout. This prevents reliance on a single trading day.
Path to Live
Elite ACCESS Static traders can progress from a simulated funded account to a live funded account.
3 successful payouts are required before you become eligible for the transition.
Once you reach this milestone, a risk manager reviews your trading performance.
If approved, your account is transitioned to live, where you trade with real capital.
Only one account transitions to live. If you hold multiple accounts, the account with the highest profit is the one that moves over, and your remaining accounts are closed at that point.
For full details on how the transition works, see the Path to Trading Live article.
News trading rule (funded only)
Trading is restricted around high-impact news: no trades 2 minutes before and 2 minutes after the event. This includes opening trades, closing trades and TP/SL execution.
Contract scaling
Contract scaling depends on account growth and consistency. See the Contract Scaling Plan article for full details per account size.
Resets
Phase | Reset cost |
