🌍 What if I'm traveling to a restricted country? What happens if I travel to a non-restricted country? If you’re traveling to a non-restricted foreign country, it is recommended to notify Top One Futures a few days in advance. Sending an email to [email protected] with your travel dates and destination ensures smooth access to your account and prevents login issues caused by foreign IP detection.

If you are traveling to a country listed under our restricted or limited regions, you are not permitted to place trades while physically located in that country. Doing so will result in a hard breach of your account due to regulatory and compliance constraints. To ensure compliance, travelers are encouraged to provide valid documentation, such as travel itineraries, boarding passes, and accommodation receipts, to confirm the legitimacy of their travels. For domestic travel within your home country, notification is optional but recommended to prevent any unforeseen issues with account access or payouts.

Important: If you plan to travel to a restricted country, please contact our support team in advance so we can place a note on your account. This is similar to our Inactivity Rule — we’re happy to work with you as long as we’re informed ahead of time. Additionally, confirming your travel details with these documents helps protect your account status during legitimate travel and avoids unnecessary interruptions. Valid supporting documents should be emailed to [email protected] for timely processing. Providing clear and legible documentation ensures smooth account management. If travel notification isn’t feasible before your trip, you can still take steps upon your return by logging in from an unrestricted region and contacting support to resolve account-related issues like flagged logins or restrictions.
