How to Set Up Your Plane Account

This article will explain how to set up your Plane account to receive payouts!

Congratulations on qualifying for your first payout! To ensure you receive your funds securely and efficiently, we have partnered with Plane, our official payment processor.

To get paid, you will need to complete a one-time setup of your contractor account on their platform. This guide will walk you through the process.

✈️ Important: You will only receive an email invitation to join Plane after your first payout request has been reviewed and approved by the Top One Futures team. It is not possible to sign up directly on the Plane website.


Setting Up Your Account Step-by-Step

1. Accept the Invitation

Once your payout is approved, you will receive an email from Plane with an invitation link. Click this link to go to their "Sign up" page. Here, you will enter your email address and create a secure password for your Plane account.

2. Fill in Your Basic Information

You will be asked to provide your full legal name, date of birth, and residential address.

πŸ’‘ Please note: To ensure a smooth verification process, this information should exactly match the KYC (Know Your Customer) documents you submitted to Top One Futures.

3. Provide Business Details

In this section, you will be asked if you are registering as an Individual or an Entity.

  • Most traders should select Individual.

  • Only select Entity if you are operating under an officially registered legal business.

πŸ’‘ Please note: A VAT number is a government-issued identifier that only applies to companies that assess or reclaim VAT. We don't require the VAT information, so you can skip it.

Click "Save and Continue".

4. Add Your Bank Account

This is the most critical step. Carefully add your preferred bank account or withdrawal method where you wish to receive your payouts. Double-check that all numbers and details are accurate to avoid any delays.

After adding your details, click "Save and Continue," review all your information one last time, and then click "Confirm and Sign up" to complete the process.
