Evaluation Account Reset Fee

This article explains how the Evaluation account reset fee works in Elite accounts

At Top One Futures, we understand that every trader faces setbacks. That's why we offer a Reset Option for Evaluation Accounts, allowing you to start fresh if your account is breached. Instead of purchasing a new evaluation, you can reset your current account for a lower fee and try again.

Good to know: a reset can only be used within 14 days of the account being breached, and discounts are not applicable to reset fees.

Which Plans Qualify for a Reset?

Only Elite accounts qualify for an account reset. Instant Sim Funded accounts do not qualify for resets.

Reset Fees by Account Size

The reset fee depends on your account size:

$25,000

$29

$50,000

$39

$100,000

$79

$150,000

$119

How Does the Reset Work?

  • A reset completely restores your account to its original starting balance.

  • Your profit and loss history is cleared, giving you a fresh start.

  • A reset can only be used within 14 days of the account being breached: it will not be available if more than 14 days have passed since the breach.

  • Discounts are not applicable to reset fees.

  • When you reset an account, it is recreated using the same profit target and drawdown parameters from your original account, ensuring consistent trading conditions after a reset.

When Should You Use a Reset?

  • If you exceed the maximum drawdown and your account is breached.

  • If your account balance drops too low and you want another chance to qualify.

  • If you want to refine your strategy and restart the Evaluation without purchasing a new account.

How to Reset Your Account

  1. Log into your Top One Futures dashboard.

  2. Select the account you wish to reset.

  3. Click the Reset button and confirm your payment.

  4. Your account will be restored immediately, and you can start trading again.

Final Thoughts

The Reset Option is a cost-effective way to continue your evaluation without purchasing a new Evaluation. If things don't go as planned, you can reset, adjust your approach, and try again, all at a fraction of the cost of a new account.
